About RebuildCost Uk
RebuildCost UK provides cost effective reinstatement cost assessment (RCA) figures to property professionals for inclusion in their own reporting. In order to use this service, you must be a property professional such as a Building Surveyor, member of RICS, RPSA or similar profession.
We aim to give a rapid turnaround and simple no nonsense reporting of RCA figures for you to include within your own reports.
You will need to create an account and once you have been successfully approved you will be able to quickly and easily produce the reinstatement cost assessment figures you need using our bespoke online data entry form.
This pay as you go (PAYG) model is simple and low cost with RCA’s starting at just £5 per calculation.
Payment is automatically taken via direct debit, and you can choose to pay each time you use the service or monthly if you prefer.
How does it work?
- Create an account with RebuildCost UK which includes completion of a variable direct debit mandate from our service provider ‘GoCardless’, and agree to our T&C’s using Xodo Sign– this is a once only process, all of your details are then saved on our secure server and in future you can just log in.
- Once an account has been created and approved, you can log in and complete our simple form online which provides the data for the team at RebuildCost UK to undertake the calculation.
- The data is then processed by the ReBuildCost UK team.
- The fee is taken by ‘GoCardless’ or added to your monthly invoice (depending on which option you choose).
- The RCA figure is then returned to you as a PDF document via email, once the team have processed the calculation.
Pricing
The cost varies depending on the type of calculation and speed of turnaround required. We have three levels of service; Bronze, Silver and Gold

Important information
We provide UK Mean location only, no regional variations are available, this is to reduce the cost and improve turnaround times for our clients.
This is designed for simple standard homes, no listed buildings, no very old homes, residential only, no one-off ‘architect designed’ houses or other complex or non standard homes.
